Recently our wonderful location/adventure photographer Lance Koudele shot Jesse Richman, 14 in the next kiting mecca -Waldport Oregon. Jesse is a star in the world of Kiteboarding and has recently set a kiteboarding record, at the Big Air Wind Jam 2007, with 22 seconds of air time.
